The owners is a young couple who expresses much on minimalism and simplicity. During off working hours, they aim to have a private space for themselves to retire from the outside world. 

​

Our design intent is based on the concept of "hide-out". With the limitations of current Built-To-Order flats, we aim to change the user circulation flow to breakaway the common corridor and user experience to create pockets of spaces that are "hidden" and uniquely target to the personalities of the home owners. We have proposed to divide the home into public and private spaces to further amplify the concept of the hide-out, by confining the common area with sliding doors gives the home owners a more private living space behind the doors.
