Client's brief with the concept of rebranding "Madam Yap's Cafe". With a clear visual of the self-created persona "Mdm Yap" whom is a Peranakan lady keen to share her love for her tradition through the medium of food. 
 

The design intent aims to create a cosy and homey environment where people would dine in. A traditional environment is injected to the space to by the use of Peranakan tiles and the use of bird cages downlights. Due to tight site conditions and space constraints, the spaces of accommodations are made to be duo functions where spaces could be saved for more sitting area. Settees with storage are used, along with partitions with storage cabinets are installed alongside to divide the space without compromising
